Terms & Conditions
- 30% of total amount will be charged as a deposit money to secure the place. Rest of amount will be charged in advance on the booking day.
- Advance is non refundable in the case of cancellation but can be adjusted to another appointment of any services subject to the date availability.
- All deposits are non-refundable. However due to Covid restrictions, if the event gets postponed or you are unable to attend, your deposit will be transferable to new dates for up-to 2 years.
- Once you pay the deposit Zara will send you the acknowledgment of your payment and confirmation note.
- Travel charges will apply including Toll, Parking, Ulez and congestion charges.
- If Zara or any team member unable to attend the booking due to any unseen obstacles like sudden extreme weather or health conditions, family death or loss , accidents or route suspensions , she will try to provide substitute makeup artist according to client’s willingness. If client is not willing to accept it she will refund the deposit with in 7 working days.
- Client will pay all payment if they cancel the booking on the makeup day.
- Be punctual. If client will come late Zara will not be responsible for any Inconvenience.
- Kids are not allowed in the Zara Studio.
- Edibles are not allowed in the Zara studio.
- Zara need a well lit area if she is coming to you.
- Please feel free to ask any question about your hair and makeup.
- Zara will reply your text and emails within 24 hours.
